TOS applicable to the use of MLM CoPilot

1. Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter “TOS”) is to define the terms and conditions under which MLM CoPilot provides its users with its platform and services.
2. Access to services
Access to the MLM CoPilot platform is reserved for professionals. Creating an account requires providing accurate and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
3. Pricing and Payment
The prices of our subscriptions are indicated in euros, excluding taxes. Payment is made securely by credit card or direct debit. Any month started is due in its entirety.
4. Commitment and Termination
Subscriptions are taken out without a commitment period, unless otherwise stated when ordering. The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their customer area. The termination will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Intellectual property
All elements constituting the MLM CoPilot platform (texts, graphics, software, databases) are the exclusive property of MLM CoPilot. Any total or partial reproduction or representation is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
6. Liability
MLM CoPilot undertakes to provide the services with diligence and according to the rules of the art. However, our liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure, malfunction of the internet network, or misuse of the platform by the user.
7. Personal data

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These TOS are subject to the law applicable to the company's registered office. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the registered office will have sole jurisdiction.
